Note the Chinese letters on the tail. I forget if it's Taiwan or China that stipulates to foreign carriers that if they want to serve those nations, they must have atleast one airplane that reflect Asian emblems, such as KLM ASIA, SWISS ASIA... -I'm not fully up on all the facts but if you are please enlighten me in the comments section of this photo
